The legal framework for commercial rehabilitation in El Alamein
On Saturday, August 2, 2025, the Private Law Department at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “The Legal Framework for Commercial Rehabilitation - A Comparative Study” for the student “Muhammad Ali Jalil”. The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Sami Marhoun from the College of Law, University of Kufa, and the discussion committee included Prof. Dr. Farouk Ibrahim Jassim and Asst. Prof. Dr. Latif Jabr Komani from the Al-Alamein Institute, and Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Ismail Ibrahim from the Al-Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
