A researcher at Alamein University discusses the role of management in protecting oil and its derivatives.
On Saturday, July 26, 2025, in the Law Department of the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral thesis entitled “The Role of Administration in Protecting Oil and Its Derivatives” for the student “Ali Ibrahim Jabr” was discussed. The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Ghazi Faisal Mahdi from the El Alamein Institute, and the committee included Prof. Saab Naji Abboud, Head of the Public Law Department at the El Alamein Institute, Prof. Sarmed Riyadh Abdul Hadi from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Amer Ibrahim Ahmed from the El Alamein Institute, Prof. Sadiq Muhammad Ali from the College of Law, University of Babylon, Prof. Sahar Jabbar Yaqoub from the El Alamein Institute and the expert Dr. Shifa Abdul Hussein from the Ministry of Oil as members and supervisors. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
