On Monday, July 14, 2025, the Department of Law at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the doctoral thesis entitled "International Responsibility Arising from the Unilateral Exploitation of Joint Oil Fields" for the student "Ali Abdul Hussein Wahab". The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Hussam Hamid Shehab from the College of Law at Tikrit University, and the discussion committee included Prof. Dr. Saab Naji Abboud, Head of the Law Department, Prof. Dr. Khaled Khadir Daham, Administrative Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Fadel Abdul Zahra Fadel and Assistant Professor Dr. Khaled Ghaleb Matar from the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Maha Muhammad Ayoub from the College of Law at Nahrain University and expert Dr. Ibrahim Bahr Al-Ulum, President of the Energy Academy, as members and supervisors. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
