On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the Private Law Department at the Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “Rulings on Custody of Relatives - A Comparative Study” for the student “Fawz Najah Khadir”. The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Abdul, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Administrative Affairs, and the discussion committee included Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from Alamein Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Saleh Mahdi Kaheet from Alamein Institute, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Mutab Fajjah from Al-Qadisiyah University as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
