Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Monday, October 20, 2025, the Private Law Department at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “Civil Liability of the Research Center for Biological Pollution - A Comparative Study” for the student “Hussein Saleh Mashkoor”. The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Aziz Kazim Jabr from the Al-Alamein Institute, and the discussion committee included Prof. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from the Al-Alamein Institute, Assistant Professor Dalal Tafkir Murad from the College of Law, University of Kufa, and Prof. Nariman Jamil Nima from the College of Law, University of Kufa, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
